Architecture

Multi-channel message routing

When a message arrives from any channel, Conduity normalizes it into a standard format and routes it to the assigned agent. The agent processes it with full context (memory, knowledge base, integrations) and the response is delivered back through the originating channel.

Every interaction — regardless of channel — feeds into the same conversation history and memory. If someone asks a question over Slack on Monday and follows up via email on Wednesday, the agent remembers the context.

Responses are automatically formatted for the channel: rich text with blocks for Slack, professional formatting for email, markdown for Telegram, plain text for WhatsApp, and concise text for SMS.
