Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

Agreement

By using Conduity (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

The Service

Conduity provides a platform for creating, configuring, and deploying AI agents. We give you tools to connect third-party services, deploy to communication channels, and automate workflows.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
  • One person or legal entity per account. Accounts are not transferable.

Workspaces

  • Workspaces are the organizational unit. All data belongs to a workspace.
  • The workspace owner is responsible for managing team members and billing.
  • Removing a member revokes their access but does not delete data they created.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to access other users' data
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
  • Upload malicious content or use agents to generate harmful content
  • Circumvent usage limits or billing enforcement
  • Use the Service to build a competing product

AI-Generated Content

  • Responses from AI agents are generated by third-party AI models (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google).
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating agent outputs before acting on them.
  • AI outputs do not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).

Integrations

  • When you connect third-party services, you grant us permission to access those services on your behalf within the scopes you authorize.
  • We are not responsible for changes or outages to third-party services.
  • You must comply with each third-party service's own terms of use.

Billing

  • Free plans are subject to usage limits as described on the pricing page.
  • Paid plans (Pro, Team, BYOK) are billed monthly or annually at the rate displayed at time of purchase.
  • Team and BYOK plans include 5 seats; additional seats are billed per-seat per month.
  • Pro and Team plans include a monthly message allowance. Messages beyond the allowance are billed as overages at the plan's published overage rate.
  • BYOK plan customers provide their own API keys and are responsible for all AI compute costs billed by their API provider.
  • You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are honored until renewal.
  • Failed payments may result in a downgrade to the free plan after a grace period.

Data Ownership

  • You own your data. We do not claim ownership of content you create or upload.
  • We have a license to host, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the Service.
  • You can export or delete your data at any time.

Availability

  • We aim for high availability but do not guarantee specific uptime percentages outside of enterprise SLAs.
  • We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conduity is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

  • You can delete your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when feasible.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
