Connect your Google account to give your agent access to Gmail and Google Calendar.
Setup
- Go to Integrations
- Click Connect on Google
- Sign in with your Google account and grant permissions
- You'll be redirected back to Conduity
Permissions Requested
- Gmail (modify) — Read and draft emails
- Calendar — View and create events
What Your Agent Can Do
Once connected, your agent can:
- Search and read emails
- Draft email responses
- Check your calendar for availability
- Create calendar events
Troubleshooting
- "Token exchange failed" — Try disconnecting and reconnecting
- Expired credentials — Google tokens refresh automatically. If they expire, reconnect from the Integrations page.
