Annual Billing
All paid plans offer annual billing at ~17% discount (roughly 2 months free):
- Pro: $24/month billed annually ($288/year)
- Team: $66/month billed annually ($792/year, seats at $17/month)
- BYOK: $32/month billed annually ($384/year, seats at $10/month)
Message Overages
On the Free plan, messaging pauses at 50 messages until the next month or you upgrade. On Pro and Team, you can keep sending messages beyond your limit — overages are billed at your plan's rate and added to your next invoice.
Managing Your Subscription
Go to Settings > Billing to:
- View current plan and usage
- Upgrade, downgrade, or switch plans
- Toggle between monthly and annual billing
- Manage payment methods via Stripe
- View resource usage (messages, integrations, channels, automations)
- Enter API keys (BYOK plan)
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from the billing page. Your subscription continues until the end of the billing period, then reverts to the Free plan. Your data is preserved — agents, conversations, and integrations remain accessible in read-only mode.
