Email Channel

Deploy your agent via email.

Give your agent an email address so anyone can interact with it via email.

Setup

  1. Go to Channels > Connect Channel
  2. Select Email
  3. An inbound email address is auto-generated (e.g., your-workspace@mail.conduity.com)

How It Works

  • Inbound emails are converted to agent messages
  • Agent responses are sent back as email replies
  • Thread context is maintained across replies
