Slack Channel

Deploy your agent to Slack so team members can interact with it in channels and DMs.

Setup

1. Go to Channels > Connect Channel
2. Select Slack
3. Install the Conduity Slack app to your workspace
4. Choose which agent to assign

How It Works

• Messages mentioning the bot or sent as DMs are routed to the assigned agent
• Responses are posted back as threaded replies
• File attachments are supported
